Хромосомный микроматричный анализ позволил выявить делецию Хр11.4, затрагивающую ген CASK, который ассоциирован с клиническими проявлениями MICPCH-синдрома (mental retardation and microcephaly with pontine and cerebellar hypoplasia).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Сlinical and molecular-genetic study results of a girl with developemental and psychomotor delay, lack of speech development, microcephaly, and pontocerebellar hypoplasia are presented.
