При пренатальной диагностике подобные методы позволяют исключить риск причинения вреда здоровью матери и плода. В обзоре рассмотрены основные подходы, применяемые в настоящий момент при неинвазивной генетической пренатальной диагностике. Отдельное внимание уделено возможности использования разработанных методов в клинической практике в настоящее время и в ближайшей перспективе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, diagnostic procedures that do not require invasive intervention, are very popular. As a part of modern prenatal diagnosis these methods allow to eliminate the risk for the mother’s and fetus health. The current molecular genetic methods in the field of non-invasive prenatal diagnosis are discussed in the review.
