Материалом для исследования послужили 365 образцов ДНК, полученных от 233 больных с ХП и 132 относительно здоровых индивидов. Генотипирование полиморфизмов изучаемых генов выполнено с помощью метода ПЦР с дискриминацией аллелей с помощью TaqMan-зондов. В рамках настоящего исследования установлено, что генотип 511СТ IL1 (OR = 1,58 95%CI 1,01-2,48, p = 0,04) и генотип 1082GA IL10 (OR = 1,58 95%CI 1,03-2,42, p = 0,04) были ассоциированы с повышенным риском развития ХП. Комбинации генотипов IL1 и IL6 - 511ТТх174GC (OR = 0,46, 95%CI 0,22-0,98, p = 0,04), IL1 и IL10 - 511CCх1082AA (OR = 0,19 95%CI 0,07-0,50, p = 0,0002) и 511ТТх1082GG (OR = 0,41 95%CI 0,17-0,96, p = 0,04); IL6 и IL10 - 174GGх1082GG (OR = 0,42, 95%CI 0,19-0,93, p = 0,03), напротив, свидетельствовали о низком риске развития заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to assesses the relationship between the polymorphisms (rs16944) of the interleukin-1, (rs1800795) of the interleukin-6 and (rs1800896) of the interleukin-10 genes with the development of chronic pancreatitis (CP) in the Russian population. Peripheral venous blood samples were obtained from 233 patients with CP and 132 healthy individuals. Genotyping of polymorphisms of the studied genes was carried out using the PCR method with discrimination of alleles with the TaqMan probes. Was found: the genotype 511CT IL1 (OR = 1,58 95%CI 1,01-2,48, p = 0,04) and the genotype 1082GA IL10 (OR = 1,58 95%CI 1,03-2,42, p = 0,04) were associated with an increased risk of developing chronic pancreatitis.
