Разработка отечественной панели ДНК-зондов для выявления наиболее частых хромосомных аберраций является критически важной задачей для обеспечения независимой и качественной молекулярно-цитогенетической диагностики в Российской Федерации.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Разработка отечественной панели ДНК-зондов для определения хромосомных аберраций.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Способ получения панели ДНК-зондов для определения хромосомных аберраций включал разработку зондов с использованием длинных последовательностей ПЦР-амплификатов с последующим формированием ДНК-библиотек на диагностируемые участки генома человека и контрольные локусы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Была разработана технология получения ДНК-зондов для FISH-диагностики и панель ДНК-зондов из компонентов отечественного производства.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Development of a domestic panel of DNA probes for detection of the most frequent chromosomal aberrations is a critical task to ensure independent and high quality molecular cytogenetic diagnostics in the Russian Federation.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To develop a domestic panel of DNA probes for detection of chromosomal aberrations.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The method of obtaining a panel of DNA probes for the detection of chromosomal aberrations included the development of probes using long-range PCR with the subsequent formation of DNA libraries for the diagnosed regions of the human genome and control loci.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
