Это указывает на необходимость продолжения исследований по поиску новых генетических факторов заболевания. В работе суммированы результаты применения разработанной нами технологии обработки транскриптомных данных, полученных в условиях моделирования церебрального инсульта у крыс, для поиска генов-кандидатов, ассоциированных с ишемическим инсультом у человека.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Although several dozen genetic loci have been associated with ischemic stroke, they describe only about 2% of the phenotypic variability in patients, indicating the potential for identifying additional genetic factors.
