Сравнительный анализ частот аллелей и генотипов SNP rs2236626, rs5751901 и rs28509371 между группами больных ИБС и контроля не выявил статистически значимых ассоциаций с развитием ИБС как в общих группах, так и в группах, стратифицированных по полу (p&gt;0,05). Анализ метрических данных по оценке степени и распространённости стеноза коронарных артерий показал, что полиморфные варианты гена GGT1 коррелируют с меньшей степенью поражения их отдельных ветвей, а также более физиологичными параметрами сократительной способности миокарда.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between four functionally significant single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) – rs2236626, rs5751901, rs5760492, and rs28509371 of the GGT1 gene and the development of coronary heart disease (CHD). A comparative analysis of the allele and genotype frequencies of the SNPs rs2236626, rs5751901, rs28509371 among patients with CHD and controls did not reveal statistically significant associations with the development of CHD, both in the overall groups and in the groups stratified by gender (P&gt;0.05).
