Изучена брачная структура супружеских пар при проведении репродуктивного генетического скрининга на носительство наследственных заболеваний. Оценку брачной структуры проводили по данным этнической принадлежности и по месту рождения супругов. Брачные миграционные процессы ограничены территорией Якутии. Наиболее часто встречаются моноэтнические якутские браки. Получено положительное значение брачной ассортативности у якутов. Выявлена высокая частота гетерозиготного носительства аутосомно-рецессивных заболеваний. Для их профилактики необходим генетический скрининг по всей территории республики.

The marriage structure of married couples was studied during reproductive genetic screening for carriage of hereditary diseases. The marriage structure was assessed based on the data on the ethnicity and place of birth of the spouses. Marriage migration processes are limited to the territory of Yakutia. Monoethnic Yakut marriages are most common. A positive value of marriage assortativity was obtained among the Yakuts. A high frequency of heterozygous carriage of autosomal recessive diseases was revealed. Genetic screening throughout the republic is necessary for their prevention.
