Путём электрофоретического анализа целостности ДНК в клетках биосенсора выявлено, что МС вызывает разрывы ДНК, уровень которых зависит от его концентрации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The method of gel electrophoresis of DNA was used to assess the extent of DNA damage in bacteria exposed to methylene blue (MB).
