Целью работы является сравнительное исследование остеиндуктивного действия ГАМ на основе аденовирусных или плазмидных векторов с геном BMP2 in vitro и in vivo. Методами ПЦРРВ, ИФА, окрашиванием ализариновым красным и микро-КТ показано, что разработанные ГАМ обеспечивают доставку целевого гена в клетки, стимулируют остеогенную дифференцировку и репаративный неоостеогенез при внутрикостной имплантации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Gene therapy by local delivery of target genes using gene-activated matrices (GAM) for the treatment of patients with bone diseases represents a promising approach. The aim of the work is a comparative study of the osteoinductive effect of GAM based on adenoviral or plasmid vectors with the BMP2 gene in vitro and in vivo.
