Цель исследования – выполнить анализ вклада полиморфного варианта гена каталазы CAT-21 A&gt;T rs7943316 и генов репарации ДНК XPD 2251 T&gt;G rs13181, ADPRT 2285 T&gt;C rs11610, hOGG1 977 C&gt;G rs1052133 в риск РМЖ у женщин. Использовались 298 образцов периферической крови, отобранных от женщин с диагнозом РМЖ, и 287 образцов, использованных в качестве контроля. Анализ указал на значимость взаимодействий между генотипами генов CAT-21 A&gt;T rs7943316 и XPD 2251 T&gt;G rs13181: OR 3,02 (1,15-7,92). Была продемонстрирована возможность влияния на риск развития РМЖ комбинации определённых генотипов генов антиоксидантной защиты и репарации ДНК.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Breast cancer (BC) ranks first in the world among oncological disorders in women. Aim of the study – to perform analysis of contribution of catalase gene polymorphic variant CAT-21 A&gt;T rs7943316 and DNA repair genes: XPD 2251 T&gt;G rs13181, ADPRT 2285 T&gt;C rs11610, hOGG1 977 C&gt;G rs1052133 in breast cancer risk development in women. 298 samples of peripheral blood were collected from women with breast cancer and 287 samples as controls were used. Analysis showed significance of combinations of CAT-21 A&gt;T rs7943316 and XPD 2251 T&gt;G rs13181 genotypes: OR-3.02(1.15-7.92).
