Для повышения чувствительности теста Эймса и преодоления цитотоксичности веществ из классов сульфонилмочевин и триазолпиримидинов получены новые штаммы S. typhimurium и разработан оптимизированный протокол тестирования. Представлены данные по оценке индивидуальной чувствительности к генотоксическому действию пестицидов в тест-системе на лимфоцитах человека in vitro, свидетельствующие о необходимости учитывать чувствительность клеток разных доноров при оценке мутагенности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Algorithm for assessing the generic pesticide equivalence to original products based on the «mutagenicity» criterion, developed taking into account national characteristics in the field of pesticide handling, as well as examples of algorithm testing are described. To increase the sensitivity of the Ames test and overcome the cytotoxicity of substances from the sulfonylureas and triazolopyrimidines classes, new strains of S. typhimurium were obtained and an optimized testing protocol was developed.
