Установлено, что GC-богатые фрагменты в составе внеклеточной ДНК ускоряют репликативное старение культивируемых фибробластов кожи человека и увеличивают уровень активных форм кислорода в клетках.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose of the study: to determine the impact of rDNA fragments in the culture medium on the rate of replicative cell aging.
