<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ficolins involved in the protecting from pathogenic microorganisms through the lectin pathway activation of the complement system. In current study data on the prevalence of genotypes and allelic variants for H-ficolin FCN3 rs532781899 in the ethnic groups of the Krasnoyarsk region (Nenets, Dolgan-Nganasans and Russians) were obtained. Genotyping was carried out using RT-PCR. The frequency of the variant del* FCN3 (+1637delC) rs532781899, leading to low concentration or complete absence of the activator of the lectin complement pathway, N-ficolin, namely, 3.6% among Russians and 0% in the Nenets, 0.8% in Dolgan-Nganasans was revealed.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фиколин</kwd><kwd>полиморфизм генов</kwd><kwd>FCN3</kwd><kwd>ненцы</kwd><kwd>долгане</kwd><kwd>популяция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ficolin</kwd><kwd>gene polymorphism</kwd><kwd>FCN3</kwd><kwd>Nenets</kwd><kwd>Dolgans</kwd><kwd>population</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Hummelshoj T., Fog L.M, Madsen H.O. et al.Comparative study of the human ficolins reveals unique features of Ficolin-3 (Hakata antigen).
