Отмечается тенденция к увеличению общей частоты ВПР с 84,18 на 10000 рождений в 2011 г. до 102,18 в 2018 г. Получены оценки базовых частот пороков обязательного учета, которые следует использовать как ожидаемые частоты при планировании объема медицинской помощи новорожденным детям с ВПР.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of congenital malformations monitoring in 23 regions of the Russian Federation for the period from 2011 to 2018 are presented. There is an increasing tendency of the overall frequency of congenital malformations from 84.18 per 10000 births in 2011 to 102.18 in 2018.
