<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Analysis of variability of 27 SNPs, associated with immune-dependent diseases and their endophenotypes, in human populations and relationship of the level of infectious diseases with genetic variability was conducted. Most numerous correlations were reaveled for dengue, malaria and tripanosomes - infectious diseases caused by viruses and protozoa. No significant correlations for bacterial infections (typhus, plague) and one of helminth infections (schistosomes) were found. A tendency to increase the total genetic diversity (average expected heterozygosity) with the decrease the total load of pathogens was revealed. Data are discussed in the framework of the concept of decanalization of immune response during the dispersal of modern human.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>однонуклеотидные полиморфные маркеры</kwd><kwd>популяции человека</kwd><kwd>иммунозависимые заболевания</kwd><kwd>инфекционные и паразитарные болезни</kwd><kwd>деканализация иммунного ответа</kwd><kwd>естественный отбор</kwd><kwd>single nucleotide polymorphisms</kwd><kwd>human populations</kwd><kwd>immune-dependent diseases</kwd><kwd>infectious and parasitic diseases</kwd><kwd>decanalization of immune response</kwd><kwd>natural selection</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Relethford JH.
